Primary archetype: the Hero

Zaga sits in the Hero archetype. The Hero exists to help others overcome hard challenges. Its values are competence, courage and honor. Its enemies are powerlessness, incapacity and mediocrity.

Zaga fits here because its central promise is to enable the client to achieve what they could not achieve alone: senior-level nearshore talent, available fast, integrated into their culture.

Complementary archetype: the Caregiver

The Caregiver balances the Hero’s force with warmth and responsibility for others. It shows up in how we treat the talent we place and in the long-term relationship with the client.

Without that balance, the Hero turns arrogant. With it, Zaga becomes the ally who helps without making anyone feel smaller.

How this translates into behavior

Confident but never arrogant. Warm but never casual. Curious but never pretentious. Fast but never rushed. Technically competent but never unapproachable.

Warmth operates to the same standard inward and outward: the “next door” promise Zaga makes to the client is the same one it makes to LATAM talent. Both get real closeness, not protocol.

What we are not

We are not a corporate consultancy. We are not a venture studio. We are not a marketplace. We don’t talk like venture capital, and we don’t talk like a distant outsourcing agency. We don’t promise revolutions or disruption. We are a nearshore ally that does a specific job and does it well.
